The first 90 days
We build a focused launch around the music you already want to make, then connect each channel to the next.
A possible fan journey
Instagram moments → Spotify releases → Discord conversations → extended recordings on Patreon.
The channels serve the artist, not the other way around.
Days 1–30 / Find the thread
Define your artist story and service scope, then produce a four-week content series. Give listeners a musical moment they can recognize and return to.
Days 31–60 / Build the path
Run one focused release campaign. Connect every post to a full release, an email signup, or a fan community so attention has a next step.
Days 61–90 / Deepen the connection
Introduce a paid fan experience, such as extended recordings or a membership. Document what happens and use the findings to shape the next campaign.
Working together
Campaign pricing follows the work: production hours, contractors, revision rounds, and agency margin. We agree responsibilities before production begins.
Full artist management is a separate agreement, not a hidden add-on. A proposed $7.77 Patreon membership is a fan offer to test—not an agency fee or a promise of earnings.
